Anti Cellulite Exercises

Then extend one of your legs outwards and place it back down. Do these in 3 sets of 20 for each leg, taking a small break between each set. Another one of the anti cellulite exercises is the side leg raise. For this one, you will need to stand with your legs hips-distance apart with your toes pointed. Next, bend your legs and stand up. when you stand up extend one of your legs outwards as high as you can without falling over. For this exercise, do 3 sets of 16. Alter the leg you lift each time.
Another great exercise to use is the alternating curtsy. This exercise starts with you standing with your legs being kept together. Then, you move one of your legs back diagonally. This exercise will leave you in a lounge position and will help you workout your hamstrings and thigh. Do 8 of these which each leg.
These exercises will not only reduce cellulite by increasing muscle mass. They will also increase circulation in your legs, which will help smooth out the dimples.
Cellulite is not pretty and can make you afraid to put on a swimsuit. It is hard to get rid of, but with proper diet and exercise you can do it. You should consider your own health and needs before starting any exercise regimen.
